I was looking into selling my home "as is". I spoke with Ty from Sunflower Home Buyers, and we set up an appointment for him to come look at my house. On a personal level, I was really embarrassed by the shape my home was in, but Ty was so compassionate and he assured me I had no reason to feel that way. We walked through my house, Ty made a phone call, he came back with an offer, and a little over two weeks later my house was sold!
